DIJON BAKED SALMON #EASYRECIPES #SALMON


Heated salmon slathered with herbed Dijon is one of my preferred simple salmon plans. It's amazingly tasty and the Dijon garnish keeps the salmon damp, light and flaky. It's the ideal sound supper formula and can be made in less than 30 minutes. 

What to present with this heated salmon formula? For sound side dishes, I for one cherish my Bok Choy, Mashed Cauliflower, Garlic Sauteed Swiss Chard, Steamed Broccoli and Green Beans.

INGREDIENTS  :
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon, King, Sockeye or Coho salmon
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS  :
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Place the salmon on a parchment lined baking tray and set it aside.
  3. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and generously coat the top of the salmon.
  4. Bake the salmon for 18-20 minutes (depending on size and thickness), then slice it into individual portions and serve immediately.
