t's in this way, along these lines, so scrumptious! This is really my mother's mark approach to prepare salmon, and it generally tastes so astounding, so I realized I needed to impart to you folks. Neither of us ordinarily set up this with a formula (a tad bit of this, a tad bit of that!). It's an extremely sympathetic formula, so in case you're conventional at eyeballing things, you likely don't have to get any estimating spoons messy.

In any case, in case you're not very good at eyeballing things (you know yourself!), possibly measure to make sure you don't think my formula stinks since you put in 1/2 cup of mustard and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup rather than my recommended sums. Arrangement?

  • 2 tablespoons coarse (country style) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS  :
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. If desired, line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  2. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper. Spoon about half of this mixture over the salmon in an even layer.
