- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Place your mixing bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Remove the mixing bowl from the freezer and whip the cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks begin to form, about 2 minutes.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk, being sure not to over mix.
- Gently fold the crushed cookies into the mixture.
- Cover and freezer for at least 6 hours.
