NO BAKE LEMON TRUFFLE RECIPE #FRUIT #DESSERT

This No Bake Lemon Truffle Recipe is extremely simple to make and exceptionally heavenly. Lemon is one of my preferred flavors in the whole world and it's a yummy fixing practically in any formula. Anyway lemon pastries are genuinely the best and particularly during Spring and Summer time!

Today I need to impart to you folks my five fixing Lemon Truffle Recipe and I truly trust you cherish it as much as my family does!
Ingredients  :
  • 1 15oz Lemon Creme Oreo Package
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. shortening
  • ½ tsp. lemon zest
  • Yellow sprinkles

Instructions  :
  1. Place the lemon Oreos inside of a food processor and crush them. If you don't have a food processor you can place the Oreos in a plastic bag and crush them rolling up and down with a rolling pin.
  2. Put aside 2 tablespoons of crushed cookies aside for decorating the truffles later.
  3. Use a grater to grate the skin of the lemon and put aside the lemon zest.
  4. Mix cream cheese with crushed Oreos in a bowl until both ingredients are completely combined. Add zest to the cookie mixture and mix some more.
  5. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper. Shape the cookie mixture into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet.
  6. Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator for about an hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes. Don't skip this step because you want the cookie balls firm since it will be a lot easier to chocolate coat them later.
  7. After the cookie balls harden, melt white chocolate and shortening in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted and creamy.
  8. Use a fork to dip the balls in the melted chocolate and put coated lemon balls back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with reserved crushed cookies and yellow sprinkles.
  9. Put the lemon balls in the fridge for 15 more minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
  10. Enjoy!
